Theres no way I will drop Live Gold Subscription, I have way to much invested in it and they get quite a good few XBLA Exclusives to.

But if PSN+ has any benefits outside of Netflix etc that I already have on XBL, Id definately consider it.

psn+ has nothing to do with netflix, netflix is always free.

with psn+ you get a minimum of 1 psn game, 1 psone game, and 2 minis a month in "free" games.  typically sony over delivers though.  there have been months with more than $50 in content live at once.  you also get exclusive discounts on psn games and exlusive demos.

currentfree games:

trine 2, awesomenauts, castlevania symphony of the night, castlevania chronicles (and 2 minis that you probably don't care about).
