This is more of a good thing, that means the Cod on Vita will be only available on Vita. If the same Cod was available on PS360 and PC people wouldn't see it as a reason to get a Vita.

I've read your second post, but I still have to ask, who the .... would think even a exclusive COD game is worth buying a Vita for? O.o

Millions of people. COD is the best selling franchise on PS3. Its a system seller.

COD is the best selling franchise on 360 too, we all know that. But it still doesn't explain why someone would be crazy enough too buy a PSV just for COD when there's way better franchises coming (that they'll likely ignore) and it probably won't be as "good' as the console versions.
