Considering fluoride only works when it is applied to the teeth ingesting fluoride doesn't make too much sense.  I'd rather just be exposed to it while brushing my teeth.  I don't trust the dental industry too much considering I have a couple fillings in my mouth that probably contain mercury since I got them back before that was phased out.  I give a pat on the back to everyone that thought putting mercury inside someone's mouth was a good idea.  Anyways, I know their intentions are supposed to be for the greater good.
