Why do you say that?

I'm pretty sure that there has been results that shows if you brush your teeth after meals all the time it moves around the acids on your teeth causing erosion. Or something like that.

I have heard the same, but only if you ate (or drank) acidic food/drinks and do it right after eating. I prefer doing it twice a day; shortly after waking up and then before going to sleep like now

The only thing that erodes teeth is acids. Acids come from the metabolization of carbohydrates by bacteria. Acids from drinks, fruit, etc., also causes erosion, but in a lesser degree.
