7450M is weaker than 6490M. Not so sure it will be playable on medium.

I've looked at a few Youtube videos of similar or the same specs playing Bioshock and Skyrim on medium settings at playable Frame rates, and game-debate says medium to high (doubt I will get high though) so I'm confident :)
