Yeah, because people normally dribble basketballs in the house on their carpets.
Seriously this is stupid.
Most people either have carpets or have other flooring where the adults in the home simply wouldn't allow dribbling of a Basketball.
My house is nearly full tile, and I absolutely would not allow this game. Constant dribbling of the basketball would cause damage to tile eventually.
