Dam dude are you serious bro? Its sort of easy.. well it depends on the skill of a player. If you cant beat the pirate then you stand no chance against the final boss my friend.

 well i think my problem is that i only have 102 health. I need to go back to the other levels and collect and upgrade everything. 

Do you upgrade your weapons? I suggest using the flamethrower or the rocket lock on weapon(dont remember name) I can beat that pirate with only him hitting me 1 time.
