Imagine what they have in store for E3 when they show AAA exclusives almost daily right before E3!

Pretty much this. Sony don't care so much for E3 it seems. I also find that Gamescom and TGS end up having better gaming announcements in general for the industry and gamers.

Its better that way, that way we get tons of footage of the new games, if they get announced at E3 we only get to see little teaser trailers most of the time
