If the price for download is the same as SRP, then I'll buy it at retail.
In Japan, the game is likely to cost 4,800 Yen. Many big store chains offer games at 20% discount, meaning the game will be as low as 3,840 Yen in many shops.
So for me the downloadable title would have to be a max. of 60% of the SRP, i.e. under 2880 Yen in order to consider. Any higher than that and it just isn't worth it to me.
