it's total number of trophies achieved /total number of trophies achievable ( based on the game you have installed, included all their DLCs, even if you have not purchased them).
PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !
PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !
