nothing goes up forever. every industry eventually comes down and new/different tech or ideas are created to replace them. consoles will be no different. i personally think this next gen is ripe for a decline. the new tablet market will garning some of the gaming audience. a fair amount of that "expanded audience" the wii created will not upgrade.
