Update: Jury awards Microsoft $15 million in Motorola patent case

I'm not up to speed on this, but it doesn't seem like MS is contesting that they are using the patents. They are stating that Motorola's demands are outrageous and goes against FRAND. As others have said, it will all be settled later on.
