Yeah they are, I count at least 5 companies having announced localizions on psp
What you call C tier most other psp games would call omega tier..........( I assume your talking gungir and growlanser) that isnt all though
Vaporware? Us box, US screen shots, would indicate otherwise
The psp, considering its 7 years old is alot more alive than other systems were at that mark
