i think whats going on with people comparing now vs 07-09 is that back then any decent gaming news thread would get 50-100 posts easy there was more activity in the forums wheres now these threads get 10-15
prediction threads gaming news threads now dont get much posts b/c most gaming news is sequels and predictions and its harder to come up with bold predictions and end up being right. when someone creates a prediction now the majority of the site agrees with the OP b/c now this late in this gen we understand sales trends of HW and SW
