Super Street Fighter 4.
Best Fighter this generation in my opinion. The balance ... it's just perfect compared to the broken gameplay of say the piece of garbage SF x T. Replay value is great in SSF4.
The Sims 3
I adore this game, especially since I'm a fan of the original Sims. The Sims 3 was a love letter to the people who fell in love with the series back in 1999.
Resident Evil 5
As Trucks, I didn't realize how much I loved this game until I started to play co-op with my brother. I see him like twice a year, but that didn't stop us from playing RE5 400 miles away from each other.
Dance Dance Revolution II
No one knows about this game. It came out like 6 months ago, and guess what!!?? It got rid of the gimmicky motion controls you'd find on the PS3 and Wii. After the disgrace that was Dance Dance Revolution 1 I purchased for the PS3, Konami redeemed themselves with this one. It was Wii exclusive so I purchased a used Wii just for it. This bad boy went back to the roots of DDR, A good ol' fashion stepping mat. It has one of the best soundtracks, and restored faith to the diminishing DDR fanbase.
Assassin's Creed 1 ... not so much the series anymore, but this game will old a special place in my heart.
And my number one game ... drum rooooooolllll ... is Catherine.
