LED by far is better. I Heard some talking about lag. Well where you using a high speed HDMI that cost about hundred bucks or did you cheap out because this well make all the difference. I own this tv and have not seen any tv look or play better. Plasma is junk and if you want to buy a product that dies rather quick, then I would go that route. I would say you pay for what you get. If you don't use the right cords with what you buy, your tv will look like sh-t. I have had no lag issues Accept when I forgot to change over the HDMI to the better I had bought. This is a great tv and I would stick with 240Hz.

I'm just going to completely ignore what you said with LED vs Plasma, I have a few more pages of comments to read through and I'm sure people have already torn you to shreds for saying something so stupid. I just want to say that cable quality does not matter, some make break easier than others and may not fit the port as well, but it's a digital signal, it either looks as good as it will get or you have a blank screen.

Ok then you come to my house plug in my old HDMI and look at the difference.  It is night and day. I'm not the only one that had this problem either. So i have tested it. You acked as if I didn't. I did and it made a night and day difference. No need to explain to VGchartz though, everyone here knows everything and I bet not one of  you have 240 Hz TV. So I didn't pay anymore because I talked them down. As far as dependability, LED's beast  Plasma's.  You  can read all you want, the point of the matter is I live in a rich neighborhood. So I know people who bought more tv's then you have seen a best buy . LED's  are what everyone is switching to or wishing they would have bought. So do they look nice? yes. Are they piece's of Sh-t? YES.  So they finally fixed it, is that what your saying. Well maybe but I will not be taking the plunge. One because the new ones have not been out that f'ing long. How the f do you know how long they last. You went to the future and got results.

So they say they last longer but all the proof in the past says they don't. The amount of people that I know had Plasma's break on them is a joke.Ten times Worse then The RROD issue. So a buck short and a day late. I got a 6 yr old samsung and it's lcd, running fine. I did replace Compacitors but that is it.  lets not forget that I have had friends plasma's break numerous times. Like 2-5 times until there warranty was up and then they said F plasma's.  However in the last year you say they fixed all the problems. I doubt it.
