LSD is semisynthetic made out of a grain fungus. There is no unnatural way to shape chemicals. The chemicals in the nature are shaped by evolution and chemicals in the lab by humans. They do similar things in the brain and are just as dangerous as synthesized chemicals see Cocaine/Morphine both natural chemicals.
Mescaline (Alkaloid from a cactus feels very similar to LSD)
They are all similar from a certain dosage onwards but every trip is different anyway. LSD nowadays is very low dosed compared to the past. Dont underestimate shrooms just because they are nature they can get unbelievably intense if you get good quality. Try what you must but keep in mind that its dangerous.
