I've seen it go both ways, though. That Metroid Prime commercial really hyped me for the game. Depends on the message they want to get across and how well the actors/production values convey that message. |
I haven't made up my mind on the graphics yet. It seems like they may have put the graphics on the backburner to have more things going on in the environment. But then again I thought the graphics were pretty good in the first game, but I couldn't get into the gameplay. I put it down in less than an hour, which is pretty short for me.

I didn't play the first one at all. I was hyped for it for a while but I went with inFamous instead. My cousin beat it and said it sucked. That was enough for me to avoid it.
