Which is funny since we originally switched to contractors for the purpose of DECREASING costs.
It'd probably be cheaper for us to do a lot of our work in-house again, though.
On more military-related topics, are you aware of the changing grooming standards? No, it's not changing in our favor - they're becoming stricter! Right now, the Army is changing the policy so males must remain clean-shaven at all times - on or off-duty, even on leave. And the other branches are evidently considering following suit.
