While i think Sora is unlikely due to Kingdom Hearts' latest installment beeing on the 3DS (not that it would matter, but i get the feel that he wouldnt fit into a PS3 game "right now"), i wouldnt say no.
Oh, and when talking Square:

it would make sense for both Sony and Square: Die-hard Squarefans would probably buy the game because of this guy alone, and Square would make more people aware of his existence. (yes, i talk about the 2 guys living under a rock here)
