Gin & Tonic with fresh lime is one of my favorites, but I have to stay away from it because of the Jekyll/Hyde effect it has on me.

I usually always take doubles.  I don't do single shots.  And with US measurements, that's 2 OZ's.   I know a lot of foreign measurments don't give the fuill shot much less the full double.

Typically, my gin is Bombay Sapphire  but the Seagram's was on sale....I regret that now.   Nothing beats the Bombay Sapphire for gin.....nothing.

Sapphire is great stuff but I like the aftertaste of Tanqueray a little more.
