NVIDIA: Mobile graphics perfomance will reach 360's perfomance in 2014

Isn't Apple's A5X GPU and Samsung's Exynos Processor better performers than Tegra 3 and 4? I am sure I read somewhere that they were... don't know.

Anyway this is Nvidia's opinion. Other manufacturers like Samsung could be there sooner.
