Icelandic Tourism Opportunities and Problems

Thanks loads xD Obviously don't go out of your way to get loads of information for me, but I just thought that VGChartz would be able to help me a little :D 

Basically, I'm looking for a bit of information on:

Opportunities:

- Employment (What sort of jobs are available that are related to tourism in Iceland?)

- Infrastructure improvement (ie. any buildings built for the use of tourism?)

- Environmental protection (are there any measures put in place to reduce environmental impact from tourism?)

Problems:

- Social and cultural change (ie. Is there part of the Icelandic culture that has been changed or diluted as a result of tourism?)

- Inequality (probably not a huge problem in Iceland)

- Environmental degredation (negative environmental inpacts in general)

 

If you could, could you throw in a couple of specific place names where these things are taking place?
