Nintendo have been doing this for years.
I took a plane to Japan for the first time over 12 years ago, and the back of every seat had SNES emulation software.
Now, moving to phones...eh, it's possible. But I don't see them putting anything modern out there. Nintendo relies on its software to sell its very lucrative hardware, unlike sony or ms. They'll put modern games on planes, but no modern games on cell-phones. That's a guarantee.
