I'm sure theres more but FFXIII pops to mind first.
WoW Cataclysm aswell no doubt.
The DS Zelda's were very disappointing cause of the stylus controls.
Sonic generations, not nearly as good as optimistic reviews made it out to be (still has the same classic 3D Sonic problems and the 2D sections had responsiveness issues).
I usually get rid of such games asap as not to remember them anymore.
