Hmm dilemma. Should I take a chance on Win 8 or buy a new pc just before it comes out. Last time I was stuck with my old pc until Win 7 came out. Did not want vista, and Win 8 doesn't look very nice either.
I still prefer win xp anyway, starts fast, only uses a 250mb memory footprint and never has updates anymore. Every time I turn on my win 7 desktop it has to update something. Then when I turn it off to take it over to the big screen tv I get the dreaded screen, please wait while installing updates 1 of 7. Then please wait while applying updates while booting it back up. Drives me crazy.
