I get it Wargram and I'm not trying to be a dick at all, hell if I see a deal somewhere else thats better than us I buy it. I have no issue with you liking our competitors more than us, that is totally understandable.
The one thing that just drives me crazy though is when people try and say we purposely try to rip people off because we don't, or I should say at least not the majority of us. Just like any other company we have some bad eggs in the batch but the majority of the company really is here to support the gamer.
In terms of getting the most out of trade ins its all about jumping and trading at the right time and getting the most out of the deal. Sure sometimes our trade ins can be low but if you trade in at the right time you can actually get some great credit out of you trades. Hell I just had someone trade in a copy of Battlefield 3, an over 6 month old game as well, towards the new ghost recon and he got 36 dollars for it. Thats half a brand new release paid off right there!
So again I'm not some blind zealot or anything I fully realize our competitors offer some excellent deals all the time, the only thing I take issue with is when people say we are trying to hurt the gamers, because we truely aren't.
