Is the hate for EA justified?

I think being voted the worst company in 2011 and all the hate they're receiving on the internet is a step forward, but we aren't going to make a very big impact and their games will continue to sell. I'm buying all of their games second hand from now on, no DLC either.

Yes, I am playing Battlefield 3 at the moment and I did buy all the map packs, it will probably be the last one though, I'm moving on from that game.
