well thinking this is a serious Q and not you just bragging a bit about moving in with your gf :P I would say the answer is rather simple

some 'exercise' (if you know what I mean) on the bed would help you sleep like a log afterwards

It's kind of rude to exercise in a bed with another person trying to sleep right there.

My advice would be to drink some warm milk before bed and make sure you dress comfortably. This will help you relax. Also, if you need to, you can give yourself a massage on any tense muscles. This also helps you relax by opening the muscles.

I think your biggest problem though is the girl. You need to tell her to be a respectable young lady and put some clothes on (women tend to react well when you tell them to dress appropriately). Also, make sure she gives you your personal space while sleeping. You should be able to extend your arm with contacting her body. (She will respect you for asserting your need to be away from her). Make her turn over or you turn over if you feel uncomfortable with her face. If you need to, tell her to sleep head-to-toe so as to feel more comfortable.

If that doesn't work, then you could always sleep on the sofa or floor. You should not have to sacrfice prescious sleep to accompany her.
