if you have a smartphone you could try using it as a mobile hotspot, depending on what speed and limitation your phone has it could work but its stupid to use if you have a router. if you have a pc with a ethernet card and a wifi card you could turn it into an access point, but if you already have a router why not use it instead because it is basically the same
