Most disappointing for me are the one's that I heard a lot of good things about but for me turned out to be style over substance.
So I would nominate-
Metal Gear Solid 4 (Think I really should have played the first 3 first)
Killzone 2- Couldn't stand the controls and controller input lag and really hated Rico.
