Nintendo are victims of their own success. There was no way they could have maintained 2008, or even 2009-like sales for long. Look at the batshit numbers both Wii and DS HW and SW were pulling back in 2008. The 3DS isn't coming even remotely close to either of those, at least not in the USA.
