Well I think the main Crytek studio is working on the next Homeland game for THQ, but I am not so familiar with the Crytek set up, so I don't know if there are other studios to do this other than the former Free Radical. But if they can inject some of the great fun gameplay of TimeSplitters even if they can't get the humour in

Crytek actually has 6 studios, Crytek UK is the 2nd by number of employees. Thought the Frankfurt main studio has 300 employees, that's quite a lot. ( http://www.crytek.com/career/studios/overview )
