You have to play through the whole game with each character 4 times at the minimum. That means 64 playthroughs.... thats very time consuming. Even playing the whole game coop with my wife... we just needed a break from the game from time to time. Halfway through we were just saturated and couldn't stand playing the game anymore.
1 bad trophy was beating the campaign with less than 100 kills. Thats somehow contradicting to the idea of this sort of games.
