It is probably another Korean/Japanese hand pose. XD It probably means "cute" or something along the lines.

Like this:

It's ised in Japan and Korea as "I'm Happy" or "Victory!" or even to make their faces look smaller. (Holding something in front of your face (your hand) makes it look smaller in a photo.)

And in America it can mean Victory or Peace. (In Europe too?)
