He was first launching his rockets from an island (Jon Stewart pointed this out during the interview).  So he might be a mad scientist.  You should check out his Tesla car video on YouTube.  Looks bad ass for all electric car and can go 0-60 in 4.4 seconds (top model of the model S) or 5.6 seconds for 0-60 mph for the base model.  Add that with the a 85 kWh battery that can go 300 miles at 55 mph (or the 44 (160 miles) and 60 kWh (230 miles) then you have one bad ass electric car.  He easily shows GM that their Volt is a piece of shit in comparison.  Tesla Motors was thought to be gone but looks like they will probably have good enough demand to keep going.  I need to get a job for this guy.
