I think if they could have kept GtaIV,DMC4,Assassins creed,and ut3 exclusive then yes. With those going multi-platform I'm guessing around 70-85 million,
But after the last two generations and HDTV's becoming more popular along with Blu-ray currently dominating hddvd you can't count Sony out yet of the 100mil mark just yet.
Sony also said that it could be 10 years between ps3-ps4(if they make it) that would mean 10 mil a year would get them there. they sold about 9mil in their first year and 08 is starting much better for them
