I hate centipedes or anything else with an amount of legs in double digits. Creeps me the fuck out. Or big, fast-moving insects like cockroaches or big spiders. The fear is totally irrational but I just can't help it.
Edit: Oh and seeing big rocks under water while I'm in it or touching big rocks under water with my feet. This one is weird, I find it terrifying for some reason.
