i can neither comfirm or deny any rumors at this time, but RE, is very popular on ninty platforms.

True, also Capcom said that since they thought RE:R did quite well they wouldn't mind working with Nintendo on a RE game again. We also did get RE games on the GameCube and the Wii so it shouldn't be too much of a surprise, I would think.
