Do you expect gaming to become a more expensive hobby next gen?

I found myself buying a ton of more used games this generation. Not that new games are too expensive, I just found that unless it was a game I had extreme hype for( Zelda:SS, Xenoblade, KI: U, Portal2) I saw that I could wait a short while and the price would drop drastically. I saw that it only took 5 months for Brutal Legend to drop from $60 to $20. In only 5 months! and during that time I was playing other amazing games which I had also bought on the cheap. If I ever learned one thing this generation, is that people have short attention spans and that once the demand drops, so will the price. SSX is a clear example, but I still need to play SSX blur.
