I heard through an E-mail from a friend 2 months ago that the new Xbox was going to be 16 cores @ 4 ghz. I also heard from the same guy that the console was looking to have 4gb of DDR 4 Ram. Also wit L3 4mb Cache and an added 256mb EDRAM.
Also the same forwarded E-MAIL claimed that Microsoft have found a great way to keep costs down and even including liquid cooling. With estimates of $400 release price.
Funnily enough I didn't take to much notice at the time, but now this rumour has appeared way after I had this E-mail I am HUGELY BELIEVING THIS.
I'm now inclined to believe te whole E-MAIL.
Kinect using 4 cores was also in the E-MAIL
