6 months ago I was at my fattest (and laziest) clocking in at around 205 pounds. I'm about 6 feet btw so while I wasn't "obese," I was well into the overweight category and had a pretty unattractive gut.

Then I finally decided to get my ass into gear and went on a hardcore workout regimen, which involved 5 days a week of cardio excersize, and 2/3 days of weights and resistance. Now I'm down to roughly 183, so not too shabby, but still not near where I want to be, which is in the 170-175 range.
