well they did recently cut 118 people when they turned Dark Millenium into a non MMO game.

And a lot of the advertising and publishing costs were likely already budgeted for. Now if Darksiders 2 and South Park don't do well then they will be basically dead. They can afford to keep paying everyone for another 6 months so if those games don't make a profit they will probably go bankrupt. Tho if they break even they have WWE 13, a Wii U exclusive and one other multiplatform game schedualed for holliday (and possibly a Relic game) as a last hope. And if those do well enough they have a strong 2013 lined up with whatever Dark Millenium is now, Metro: LL, inSANE, Devil's Third and whatever that Unannounced Turtle Rock game is. 

Boy, that's a lot of if's. I find it hard to believe THQ wil survive the next gen.
