I wouldn't say so. I'm more inclined towards the 4x to 6x range, based on specs and architectures.

I base my estimation on the fact that the hd 7670 has 10 times more stream processing units combined with newer features and a more efficient architecture.

7670 has 480 stream processors, Xenos has 240 stream processors (48 5D units) so only 2X in this.
