I guess I need to ask this again: Why do people keep pulling the children argument into this? (That includes some of the letters.) It's not like people freak out when children see straight intercourse in games that are supposed to be mature, so why is this so important? Do people fear that their kids will go gay in the future as a result? GET REAL! And even if they were becoming gay as a result (for some weird-ass reason), what's the fucking problem about that?
And then there's the "EA has done shit before, so this is obviously an attempt to redeem some of that"-argument. That is just beyond ridiculous. Fact is EA was attacked by some "concerned" parents and homophobes among others, so they obviously had to defend their decision of allowing same-sex relationships.
EA deserve praise for this stance.
