MGS3 for Vita won't have 3DS features, some 'very big things' planned for Rising

I can really appreciate the improvements in MGS 3D. The crouch walk, touch screen item select/menus, sniper rifle slider, etc. were pretty sweet. In the end, it was still just MGS3, though. Vita players won't be missing much.
