Why do people treat the cell as a graphics processor? It is a processor that will be bottle necked by the graphics card. The graphics card in the PS3 is dated, you can't do all that much with it and the amount of RAM it has is very limited. You'll never know the "true power of the cell" unless it was in a desk top with a high end graphics card.
