Maybe it's a typo and they actually use the 7770 as that one comes with 1ghz clock, but ofcourse console GPUs don't necessarily need to have the same clock as the graphics card the respective chips are used on. |
For 2013 I guess a low/mid-end Southern Islands is possible.
And for CPU a 2nd gen of AMD Fusion.
