Might be silly, but half the people here have no idea how much that is without doing the conversions.
As an adult I weigh about 185 pounds of mostly muscle, though I trimmed down to 175 during my fittest years about two years ago. I only want to gain more in muscle mass. For my height I should be overweight, but the system is flawed as it does not account for people that have more muscle.

What I don't understand is why Americans only use pounds. I can generally do an estimated conversion from stones to kg but I always forget how many pounds are in a stone (apparently it's 14) and if I do remember I find it harder to divide by 14 than multiply by 6.
