similar story that happened to one of my best friends parents about 8 years ago.
a speeding motorist lost control of his car, fell off the road, and crashed into a tree on my friend's parents front lawn. the speeding motorist was injured in the accident and sued my friends parents for liability since his injuries was sustained on their property.
